Lemon detox water to lose weight










Ingredients for 5 people

*2 L of water

*1 untreated lemon
*1 branch of fresh thyme

First: 
Cut the yellow lemon in half and squeeze it to recover its juice. Remove the seeds if necessary. Let only 2 spoon of this juice for the rest of the recipe.
Second: 
Pour the fresh lemon juice and the sprig of thyme into a carafe, add the water and mix.
Third:
It's ready ! Keep this drink cool until you consume it. If you find it too acidic? Do not add sugar or honey, prefer to use a sweetener powder to sweeten it according to your tastes.
