Nails, like hair, need to be cut regularly to be healthier. When they are particularly damaged, that they split, the best solution is to shorten them. They are cut short enough, leaving only a few millimeters. The nails are even for a more uniform growth. Short nails, it's terribly chic!

We prefer a lime-sponge block and we file the edge of the nail always in the same direction, to prevent it from splitting. We arm ourselves with a little more patience and gentleness, to make a pretty round edge to our nails.
4. We do a care cure
Even if you always apply a base under your nail polish layer, this is not always enough. Bring a repairing, fortifying or anti-streak care for the nails, and apply it every day on your fingers, during a week. Each day, add a layer over the previous layers. In a week, your nails will look better!

Once a month, they are left without nail polish for a whole week. If the nails are very damaged, we can also opt for a break of one week between each nail polish, which will allow the nail to recover
